Credits can be used to purchase temporary upgrades, such as a temporary donor tier, marking some of your posts as featured, pinning your posts, single-use username changes, etc.

You can earn credits by receiving trophies. Trophies are given automatically for activity (by posting often) and by staff in cases of community excellence.
